Acquisition of Polmer (PL)

To reinforce the market position of the Plastic Components core activity, Hydratec acquired Polmer Sp.z.o.o. effective 31 August 2018. Polmer is located in Wroclaw (PL) and has 25 years experience producing injection moulding components for various sectors, including the white goods sector, employs approximately 140 employees and has 25 injection moulding machines. This effectively supplements the current activities of Plastic Components, which currently includes Helvoet and Timmerije.

New CFO

Effective 1 November 2018 Everien Slijkhuis (50) will join the board of directors under the articles of association of Hydratec Industries NV, as CFO. Prior to this E.H. Slijkhuis RA was CFO at Veco Precision Metal, a group of internationally operating industrial companies. Before that she acquired many years of experience in accountancy, project management and financial controlling.
