2018 Annual Report
The 2018 Annual Report will be published on Thursday 4 April 2019.
During the Annual General Meeting on 29 May 2019 a dividend of € 2.70 per share will be proposed to the shareholders. This is in-line with the policy of paying-out at least 40% of the net result to shareholders (excluding one-time income) and equates to an increase of 20% compared to the previous year (€ 2.25).
Agri & Food’s order intake in 2018 was encouraging and means the order book is well filled. For Plastic Components it would appear that the revenue within Food and Health will continue rising. Developments within the Automotive market are more uncertain. As always, the demand for our products will be affected by macro-economic developments, such as volatile foreign currency exchange rates and trading restrictions. Partly for this reason we consider it still too early to express an opinion regarding the expected results for 2019.
